I didn't use Preseed lubricant but I used Conceive Plus fertility-friendly lubricant which is similar I believe. And on the first month we used it I fell pregnant - no idea whether it was this that particularly did the trick, but I am somewhat 'dryer' than other women so there's a chance it helped.
